We kindly request that you allow up to ten working days after the item is posted back to us before contacting us regarding your refund. Where do I enter my promo code?

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most of our products are sourced sustainably and created especially for you. As a result it takes up to 7 days to receive your order however, with international shipments it can sometimes take up to 3 weeks.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is submitted, it enters our processing system. Therefore, we are unable to make changes to the order details, such as shipping address or product selection. We recommend getting in touch with us immediately to try and rectify any issues.
